Trouble w/ Knee Kissing? Try this!

Hey there! 

 

 Today, I wanted to talk about the ever popular topic of knee kissing. This is something that has continuously come up over the years when working with clients, and MSing Link members. So, I wanted to revisit it today to make sure that you know a few ways that you can combat this occurrence. Now for some of you this may be brand new information, or maybe it is a nice refresher, but either way I hope that you find this helpful☺️

 

Knee kissing is actually caused by 2 different factors, and oftentimes a combination of these two things. These factors are a tightness of the inner thigh muscles, and weakness of the outer thigh muscles. The tightness pulls the knees inward, and the weakness does not allow the knees to be easily separated creating the "V" shape appearance, or "kissing".

Given that this is such a popular topic I created a YouTube video that shows 2 different ways to help with this. One being a stretching exercise, and one being a strengthening exercise!
