Have you ever felt like no matter HOW MUCH you exercise, certain day-to-day activities aren't getting any easier?

You may not be implementing this REALLY important strategy into your exercises!

A brain with MS doesn't have the same "carry over" as a brain without MS. This means that if you perform a strengthening exercise in a sitting position... you may gain FULL strength when sitting. But when you stand up, those same muscles aren't as strong.

Therefore, the #1 strategy when exercising with MS is to perform FUNCTIONAL EXERCISES! When working towards gaining strength with a specific activity (i.e. walking, climbing stairs, getting into/out of bed, etc.) you need to break down that exact activity into specific exercises. Practice those exercises in the same position as the activity you're trying to gain strength with!
