This will be a seated exercise class designed specifically for people with Multiple Sclerosis to help improve strength, balance, and mobility.
Available IN PERSON & virtually on ZOOM.
Class will be around 30-40 minutes with rest breaks and water breaks.
Class is lead by Dr. Gretchen Hawley - Physical Therapist and Multiple Sclerosis Certified Specialist.
