Have You Exercised Before... But Still Struggle With the Things You Actually Want to Do More Easily?
Maybe you’ve exercised consistently or gone to physical therapy and gotten stronger, but walking still feels difficult.
Or stairs are still challenging.
Or getting in and out of the car hasn’t gotten any easier.
Maybe you’ve followed workouts online or tried exercising on your own and still aren't sure if the exercises you're doing actually connect to what you want to improve.
That’s exactly what we’re going to start unpacking during this Challenge.
Because with MS, getting stronger isn’t the only thing that matters.
The way you exercise and how those exercises connect to the movements you want to improve matter, too.

You Won’t Just Learn About MS-Specific Exercise.
You’ll Try It.
Over 5 days, you’ll start to understand:
✓ Why the way you exercise with MS matters, not just which exercises you do
✓ How to connect exercise to things you actually want to do more easily, like walking, stairs, standing, or getting in and out of the car
✓ How to make exercise more realistic when time, energy, or life don’t always cooperate
And this isn’t a Challenge where you’ll just watch videos about exercise...
Each day, you’ll have a short MS-specific exercise challenge so you can put what you’re learning into practice.
Then on Day 5, we’ll bring the pieces together with a full MS-specific exercise class.
The goal isn’t to prove how much exercise you can do. It’s to help you better understand what MS-specific exercise can look and feel like for YOU.
Here’s What Past Challengers Have Said While Going Through the 5 Days
“Why has no one told me about this type of exercise before? No wonder I've felt stronger with exercise, but never noticed improvements in my walking, standing endurance, or getting in/out of my car. THANK YOU for sharing this!” - Sandra
“This makes exercise seem so doable! I used to skip my exercises if I thought I didn't have time, but now I don't have any excuses!! I love that I can make it work for my day and my energy levels.” - Denise
“I am feeling hopeful and so excited to get started. What I have learnt from you this week has been invaluable! I've struggled with exercise and motivation but what you have shared this week has given me a new way of approaching it! I can't wait to start implementing!” - Zoe
How The Challenge Works:
1.
For 5 days, you'll work through one Challenge day at a time, with an email each morning letting you know exactly where to go next.
2.
Each day includes a short recorded lesson plus an MS-specific exercise challenge so you can put what you’re learning into practice.
3.
On Day 5, you’ll have a full MS-specific exercise class that you can do at your own pace, take breaks during, or modify based on your starting point.
4.
Everything is recorded, and you’ll have lifetime access, so you can participate on your schedule and revisit the Challenge whenever you’d like.
This Challenge Is For You If You have Multiple Sclerosis and…
✓ You’ve tried exercise, PT, or online workouts but still aren’t sure if you’re doing the right exercises for the things you want to improve
✓ You want to work on things like walking, balance, strength, stairs, standing, or other everyday movements
✓ Fatigue, changing symptoms, or limited time can make exercise difficult to fit into your life
✓ You want to understand WHY you’re doing an exercise instead of simply following along
✓ You want an approach created specifically with MS in mind
You do not need to be at a certain fitness level or starting point to participate.
