"Balance Basics" exercise class will help you get started on the right foot & help you learn how to put the exercises you're learning into an exercise class/routine:

(this class can be performed seated or standing —I'll demonstrate both options)

 

Here's how to get the most out of this class:

1. Press play!

2. Choose which exercises feel best for you — seated or standing (or a combo!)

3. Do this exercise class 1-2 times per week in addition to your strengthening, walking, and stretching exercises

4. If any exercises are too challenging, choose the seated or modified option
