Couch Day? 🛋️ Try This!

Hey {{first_name}}! 

High fatigue day causing you to spend most of your time on the couch or in bed?🥱 Try these simple moves to help reduce fatigue!

These ✌🏻2 moves can help, AND you don’t have to get up to do them!

1️⃣ Heel slides - Keep your heel on the couch, slowly bend your knee dragging your heel toward your hips, and slowly straighten your knee back to the original position.

💥BONUS POINTS if you can keep your toes up⤴

2️⃣ Marching - Begin with your knees bent (if able to do so), tighten your core, lift one knee up, place back down, then the other side

Small movements such as these can be a great way to give your body a bit of movement to help shake off the fatigue WITHOUT over exerting energy⚡️

As counterintuitive as it seems, MOVEMENT is an excellent way to help reduce fatigue!
