Low Back Pain? Try this!

Sep 20, 2022

Have you heard of the Sacroiliac Joint, also known as the SI joint? It's often a point of pain that sometimes radiates throughout your low back or down into one of your legs.

The SI joint is a joint in your low back where your sacrum (the lowest part of your spine) connects to the ilium (your hip bones), therefore you have a RIGHT SI joint as well as a LEFT SI joint. This joint can OFTEN slip out of place due to muscles weakness or improper movement...resulting in pain and reduced mobility.

Check out this video for an exercise you can do to help this joint go back in place via strengthening the muscles around the SI joint!

If you aren't having back pain, but you know someone who is...pass the link along to them!
