Why Wednesday is My Favorite🧡

Hey there!

As I'm sure you know by now, I have created an online MS wellness program called The MSing Link ☺️ BUT! I don't believe that I have ever told you about one of my absolute favorite features of the program that happens on a monthly basis!

To be honest, I have multiple favorite parts of the program. However, the one that I am referring to right now is our monthly Group Check-In calls! Let me explain a bit more.

Members of The MSing Link send in questions via email for me to answer live on our call! Since the call is hosted over Zoom, not only am I able to give my answer to the member's question, but fellow MS'ers can also weigh in with their personal experiences, boost each up with motivation & encouragement, or simply relate to each other in a way that those who do not have MS cannot.

HERE is an example of a call from a while back now. Check it out and see if any of your questions about massage, recumbent bikes, physical/"physio" therapy, "best" exercises and more answered! These calls are always filled with a plethora of topics!

I honestly look forward to these calls, so much, each month! These calls always leave me feeling uplifted, encouraged, and hopeful...but more importantly those who attend the calls feel the same🧡

Join The MSing Link Community - The MSing Link is my online MS wellness program where you'll find video demonstrations and explanations of MS-specific exercises for strengthening, walking, balance, and flexibility. 3. Work with me privately - I offer wellness consults via Zoom. This is an opportunity for you to share your story with MS and your goals. I'm able to educate you on MS-specific exercises for walking, general mobility, transfers, and day-to-day activities (ie: getting into/out of a car, stair climbing, etc.). You can schedule a one-time call or you can schedule recurring calls - your choice. Oftentimes, people will schedule one of these calls prior to joining The MSing Link and/or one call every couple of months. Schedule here
