And I'm not sure if you are aware of this or not, but October, It's National Disability Employment Awareness Month. And on today's episode, Prasanna talks to us all about disability rights, disclosing your disability, and steps to improving disability inclusion and belonging.
Prasanna (he/him) is a documentary producer, human rights lawyer, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) consultant, accessibility advisor, speaker, writer, and arts correspondent. Prasanna leads his own DEIB consultancy Prasanna Ranganathan Consulting and previously served as the Head of Diversity and Belonging at Shopify and as a human rights lawyer with the Government of Canada, the United Nations, the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission, and the Independent Street Checks Review.
