This topic that we're going to discuss is all about finding something that works for you to relieve some stress that you might be feeling. And If you have MS, please know that you likely might be in a state of constant stress, even if it's not high stress, it might be so low that you don't recognize it, but simply because your body is fighting a disease. So having a strategy to implement consistently to reduce your stress levels can be immensely important and almost integral in reducing some of your symptoms.
