Your Head Start for the Season Ahead

A few resources to help you prepare before the holidays arrive
This is something worth noticing, even this early...
It's only early October.
But some part of you already knows what November and December tend to feel like.

Not because anything's wrong right now.
Just because your body remembers, even if your calendar's still empty.

While there's no pressure and plenty of time, here are six conversations from my podcast  that'll help you walk into this season a little more ready... whenever you've got twenty minutes to spare.

ENERGY ❆

If your energy already feels like it's on a budget:

Energy is one of the first things MS asks you to manage differently... where you spend it, when you save it, what's actually worth it. These two conversations get into why fatigue with MS works differently than regular tired, and what actually helps you have a little more left by the time dinner rolls around:

 FATIGUE

If your shoulders are already a little tight just thinking about the next few months:

That reaction isn't overreacting. It's your body remembering how full these seasons get. These two conversations are about choosing calm on purpose, even when the calendar isn't cooperating.

 TRAVEL

If you've caught yourself mentally rehearsing your upcoming trip… before it's even booked:

That's a real thing MS adds to travel... the planning-in-advance, the bracing for what an unfamiliar place will ask of your body. These two conversations walk through both the trip itself and one of the trickiest parts once you get there –stairs somewhere you don't know:
