★ Our "Exercise & Motivation" Class focuses on 40 minutes of seated functional exercise followed by a brief chat, including strategies to improve your motivation and consistency. You'll complete this class feeling strong, empowered, and proud.
★ Our "Chair Yoga" Class is a 45 minute seated class focusing on strengthening & flexibility poses leaving you feeling balanced, refreshed, and stronger!

Meet Your Instructors:
Gretchen Hawley PT, DPT, MSCS
Dr. Gretchen Hawley is a physical therapist and Multiple Sclerosis Certified Specialist. Her seated exercise classes focus on functional strengthening and stretching geared toward improving mobility and making day-to-day activities less of a hassle.

Patricia Hawley, RYT
Patricia began practicing yoga in 1998 as a way to find some balance in her busy life. A strong proponent in "yoga for every body", Patricia uses a blend of functional movement and traditional asana to empower students to honor the integrity of their own bodies. She teaches a seated Gentle Flow yoga class that rely on functional movement. Suitable for all ability levels.
