I'm Dr. Gretchen Hawley PT, DPT, MSCS

As a Physical Therapist and a Multiple Sclerosis Certified Specialist, it's my passion to educate people with MS on simple tools, exercises, and strategies to help improve your energy, confidence, and hope!

Most of these strategies are often overlooked by physical therapists, neurologists, and other healthcare professionals, yet they can make a BIG difference in your day-to-day mobility and slowing the progression of MS.
